By accessing or using nattyalpha.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Being Vedic Pvt. Ltd. ("Being Vedic", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase our products. Natty Alpha is a sexual wellness and men's vitality product line intended exclusively for adult men. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
If you are under 18, you may not use this Site or purchase our products. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

4.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement, a back-order option, or a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due at the time of purchase for prepaid orders and at delivery for COD orders.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within India only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@nattyalpha.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Being Vedic Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
